Flower Delivery in Ninove

You do not need to be in Ninove to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Dingsken in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Ninove

For a delivery to a teacher at Hartencollege Basisonderwijs Aspelare, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Hartencollege Basisonderwijs Meerbeke, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Provinciaal Technisch Instituut (PTI Ninove - Richtpunt Campus Ninove) is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.

For a service at Onze-Lieve-Vrouw Hemelvaartkerk, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Sint-Annakapel are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

Flower Delivery in Ninove — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Ninove

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

For a tribute intended for Denderwindeke Begraafplaats, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Lunch Garden, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
