Sending Flowers to Schools in Philippeville

Before sending flowers to Ecole communale de Surice, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at École fondamentale communale de l'entité n°1 de Philippeville, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.

Flower Delivery in Philippeville — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Philippeville

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

For a tribute addressed to J.M. Latour, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. If flowers are going to Cimetière d'Omezée, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Auberge des quatre bras, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
