Flower Delivery in Stavelot

Arrange a flower delivery in Stavelot online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Flower Delivery in Stavelot — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Stavelot

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If the recipient is staying at Hôtel le Val d'Amblève, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order addressed to Maison communale de Stavelot should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Stavelot should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Le Loup Gourmand, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
