You do not need to be in So-Ava to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. An address in Dokodji should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Raphael' s hôtels, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Chez M, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Sending flowers to someone at École primaire publique Ganvié 1? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Eglise Catholique St Charles de Sokome, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Eglise du christianisme celeste, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Elji Matha are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hôtel Germain, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a recipient at Mairie de Sô-Ava, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Ganvié 1.
A delivery timed for a meal at Buvette chez Gnonmi needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
