Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Chulumani can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Beneméritos de la Guerra del Chaco are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Mirador La Cruz in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Check with Hotel Panorama before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel El Monarca, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Sending to Hotel Huany? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The address given for Hotel Panorama is Calle Crispin Andrade; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Colegio Adventista de Chulumani is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to UE Chulumani (nivel inicial), name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at UE Crispin Andrade Portugal, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Capilla de Chimpa, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Capilla de Velas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia de San Cristobal, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Sub-Prefectura Sud Yungas, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Don Fabian, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
