You do not need to be in Arraial to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Planning a same-day delivery in Arraial? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Alto São João, keep that place name in the address you enter.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Pousada Aconchego da Serra, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. The listed address for Pousada Aconchego da Serra is Rua Coronel João Antônio; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at EEF Maria Julia? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Assembleia de Deus: Templo Central em Santa Cruz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Capela do Rosário (Velário) are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Penha em Santa Cruz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient’s address is in Alto da Colina, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
