Arrange a flower delivery in Bastos online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Trevo Colonial, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Irineu Buller de Almeida, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Estadual Márcia Nutti Molina, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Estadual Parque das Nações, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Capela São José Operário, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Paróquia São Francisco Xavier are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Prudentão, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a recipient at Fórum, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
