You do not need to be in Bicas to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. If the destination is in Centro, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital São José de Bicas, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. When arranging flowers for Hospital São José de Bicas, note its listed address, Rua Camilo Fernandes Adalla 140; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An address in Gilson Lamha should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
