Send your flower order for Cachoeira do Campo online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Alto do Beleza, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Futuras instalações do Hotel Vila Galé, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Bandeirantes, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Bonequinha Preta, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Capela Santo Antônio are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja Batista do Evangelho Pleno, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Igreja Nossa Senhora das Mercês, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Pouysada Chão de Minas should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Restaurante Chão de Minas, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
