Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Particular, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Boa Pizza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
