Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Flower Delivery in Cunha — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Cunha

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Fazenda Uemura, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at Fórum de Cunha, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

What should I check before sending a funeral tribute?

If the delivery address is Funerária Santa Luzia, confirm the exact meeting point and arrangements with the venue before ordering a tribute.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at La Taverne Bistro needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
