Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Dona Eusebia online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Dona Eusebia is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Check with the ward at Policlina Central before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at CRAS? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Dr. Francisco de Barros, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Abilio Linhares, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Paróquia Santo Antônio de Pádua are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja Santa Terezinha, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Igrejinha, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the hospital’s full address for CAPS, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Check whether Centro de Prefeitura (Saúde, Educação, EMATE..) accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Restaurante da Cacau, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
