Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Sending flowers to someone at Colégio Estadual Antenor Barreira? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Colégio Estadual Morro do Mato is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Creche Municipal Edileuza Maria Araújo Silva, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Igreja Evangelica Menonita, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja Matriz, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Prefeitura, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
