You do not need to be in Mairi to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Busto de Tancredo Neves are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Pergolado in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For a recipient whose address is in Alto do Cavalo, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When several people are giving the flowers together at CEM Abelardo Moreira, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Colégio Durval Santos Silva is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Getúlio Vargas, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Igreja Matriz de Nossa Sra das Dores are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja Monte da Santa Cruz, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Igreja do Bonfim, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Pousada dos amigos, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
For a recipient at CAPS Renascer, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Bar de Bia, use that locality name within the delivery address.
