Place a same-day order for Olimpia by the local cutoff of 16:00. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Sending Flowers to Hotels in Olimpia

A flower order for someone staying at Thermas de Olimpia Resorts should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Check that Wyndham Olímpia Royal Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Celebration Resort Olímpia, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Avenida Aurora Forti Neves 1123 is the listed address of Thermas de Olimpia Resorts; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.

Sending Flowers to Schools in Olimpia

For a delivery to a teacher at Emeb Professor Maurício César Alves Pereira, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Emeb Professora Therezinha Lopes de Mello Vicente, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Emeb Sítio do Pica Pau Amarelo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Olimpia

For a service at Paróquia São José, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Capela Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Comunidade Imaculada, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Olimpia — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Olimpia

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Jardim Colorado, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at Aurora Restaurante e Pizzaria - Olímpia, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
