Send your flower order for Pinhais online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Globo Parque Da Ciência are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Pinhais is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. For someone in Atuba, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Sending to a patient at Hospital Colônia Adauto Botelho calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. Use the hospital’s full address for Hospital e Maternidade Municipal Nossa Senhora da Luz dos Pinhais, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital e Maternidade de Pinhais, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. For an order addressed to Hospital Colônia Adauto Botelho, the listed location is Rua Ivone Pimentel 1639; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Colégio Estadual Humberto Alencar Castelo Branco? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Estadual Semíramis Barros Braga, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colégio Municipal Aroldo de Freitas, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Paróquia Nossa Senhora da Boa Esperança, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Secretaria Municipal de Urbanismo, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the destination is in Centro, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Churrascaria Valejo needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
