You can send flowers to someone in Pocone even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as TRANSPANTANEIRA are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Tuiuiú is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Pocone is 16:00. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Boa Esperança, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Check with the ward at Hospital Geral de Poconé Dr. Nicolau Fontanilas Frageli before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. The address for Hospital Geral de Poconé Dr. Nicolau Fontanilas Frageli is given as Avenida Dom Aquino 406; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Before sending flowers to Panthera's Escola Jofre Velho, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Salão do Reino das Testemunhas de Jeová, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of SESC Pantanal, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at DETRAN, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Bom Pastor.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Fazenda Jofre Velho, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
