Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Caboré, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When the recipient is at Hospital do Rim, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers. A flower order for a recipient at Hospital Geral Santa Tereza - HGST needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Hospital do Rim is listed at Avenida Evência Brito; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A delivery for Colégio Estadual Professora Silvia Ferreira Brito is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Colégio da Polícia Militar, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Municipal João Vicente Santana? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora de Lourdes, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Capela de Santo Antônio, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Igreja Adventista do Sétimo Dia em Ribeira do Pombal, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Câmara Municipal de Ribeira do Pombal, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
If the destination is in Cidade Nova, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Panela de Barro Churrascaria e Restaurante, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Pousada Falcão, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
You will find Pousada Falcão listed at Estrada da Mirandela 12; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
