A flower order for Santa Leopoldina can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. For an address in Caixa D'água, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Hospital Nossa Senhora da Penha, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The listed address for Hospital Nossa Senhora da Penha is Ladeira Vereadora Rosalina Ribeiro Nunes 1000; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at EMPEF Fazenda Paulo Jacob, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at EMPEF Luxemburgo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to EMUEF Alto Califórnia, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana de Luxemburgo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz da Sagrada Família, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Fórum Graça Aranha, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Centro, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bar e Açougue da Vera, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
