Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Sao Joao da Barra, use the destination’s 16:00 local cutoff. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Cajueiro, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When the recipient is at Policlínica, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For a delivery to a teacher at Centros Integrados de Educação Pública Professora Gladys Teixeira, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Colégio Estadual Alberto Torres? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Escola Cenecista São João Batista, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Capela Mortuária do Cemitério, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Igreja Matriz de São João Batista, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Igreja Santo Antônio are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Santa Casa, and address the order to the hospital itself.
When ordering for a recipient at Prefeitura Municipal São João da Barra, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Where the delivery address includes Chatuba, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Deck Grill, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
