Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Sao Sebastiao da Grama is 16:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the recipient’s address is in Centro, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Santa Casa de Misericódia, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering. For an order addressed to Santa Casa de Misericódia, the listed location is Rua Nove de Julho; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Escola Estadual Dona Geny Gomes? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Salão do Reino das Testemunhas de Jeová, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Assembléia de Deus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Cepela Santa Clara, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Dunha's Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
An order addressed to Central de Ambulância should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Address details for Distrito Industrial should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to Funerária Gramense, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
