Cristo is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Pássaro Grande in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
