You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Pekan Seria Kawasan 1. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Roomz, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The address for Hotel Roomz is given as Jalan Bunga Melor; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at St. Margaret’s School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Setia Ali Mosque, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before sending to a workplace such as Pejabat Bandaran, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Excapade Japanese Cuisine needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
