For a recipient in Tamoi, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Mahligai are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Mercu Dirgahayu 60 is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When the destination is in Kampong Saba Darat A, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a guest at Higher Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Radisson Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
A delivery for Sayyidina Umar Al-Khattab Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to St. George's School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Church of Our Lady of the Assumption are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Jame'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Abdul Razak Hotel Apartments, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Psychiatry Services, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Department of Schools, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kampong Saba Darat B.
For a table booked at PappaRich, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
