Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Dulovo. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout.
Check with Dulovo Palace before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Gallery, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. You will find Dulovo Palace listed at Плиска 2; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to "Hristo Smirnenski" School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Directorate of Social Assistance, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Tabiet needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
