Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Karnobat. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Elegant, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Spa Hotel Park, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Hôtel Elegant is listed at Алекси Денев 10; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Sv. sv. Kirin I Metodii, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Regional Court - Karnobat, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Restaurant simple, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
