You do not need to be in Obzor to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Alua Helios Bay, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at AluaSun Helios Beach, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Obzor Beach Resort, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For an order addressed to Alua Helios Bay, the listed location is Черноморска 50; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A delivery timed for a meal at Beach Club needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
