Send your flower order for Alfred and Plantagenet online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Plantagenet Centennial Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
When a funeral service is held at Eglise Saint Paul, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Eglise Saint-Benoit-Labre, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Eglise Saint-Luc are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at County of Prescott-Russell, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a table booked at Cedar Shade Campground Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
