Flower Delivery in Bromont — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Bromont

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Before ordering for a guest at Auberge Bromont, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at Hotel de Ville de Bromont, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

Where the delivery address includes West Shefford, retain the locality when filling in the order.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

For a table booked at East Side Mario's, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
