Flower Delivery in Burnaby

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

For someone working at ICBC, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.

For someone in Montecito, use that locality name within the delivery address.

For a tribute addressed to Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, check the delivery arrangements and precise meeting point with the venue first. For a tribute intended for Forest Lawn Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.

For a table booked at Big Way Hot Pot, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
