Flower Delivery in Chetwynd — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Chetwynd

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at Service BC should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If you are planning flowers for a meal at Dragon Palace, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.

What does a complete address need?

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number.

Where should I add an entry code?

Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
