A flower order for someone staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Cranbrook Conference Centre should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Sending Flowers to Schools in Cranbrook

Sending flowers to someone at Amy Woodlands? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Highlands Elementary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Laurie Middle School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers in Cranbrook

If the service takes place at New Life Foursquare Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at St. Aidan Orthodox Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Cranbrook Alliance Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.

Flower Delivery in Cranbrook — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Cranbrook

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

An order for a staff member at ICBC Claims Centre should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Mr Mikes, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
