For a recipient in Joliette, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Cénotaphe in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When the destination is in Carrefour du Moulin, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery for Centre de formation de l'Envol is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Cathedral of Saint Charles Borromeo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Evéché de Joliette, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Monastère La Paix Notre Dame, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Château Joliette, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Address flowers for someone at Service Canada with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Christ-Roi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Crabtree Pizzeria, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
