Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Le Rocher-Perce can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Mémorial de Soldats are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For someone in Chandler-Ouest, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hôtel La Côte Surprise, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Motel Le Mirage, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Manoir de Percé, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When arranging flowers for Hôtel La Côte Surprise, note its listed address, Route 132 367; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Polyvalente Mgr Sévigny, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École Bon-Pasteur, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at École Sainte-Marie? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Église de l'Assomption-de-Notre-Dame de Grande-Rivière, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Hôtel de ville de Chandler should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Address details for Clemville should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a tribute intended for St Gabriel de Gaspe Cemetery, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Restaurant Biard, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
