Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Les Maskoutains. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Annexe, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a patient at Hôtel-Dieu de St-Hyacinthe, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. When the recipient is at Urgence, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Before ordering for a guest at Sheraton St-Hyacinthe, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For a guest at Hôtel Laliberté, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
If the service takes place at Cathedral of Saint Hyacinth, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Holiday Inn Express can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Check with the ward at Hopital Honoré-Mercier before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For flowers addressed to someone at Service Canada, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
When entering an address in Douville, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a table booked at La Cage - Brasserie Sportive, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École Henri-Bachand, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
