Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
Flowers for a service at Grace Pentecostal Tabernacle are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Jubilee United Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Saint Alban's Anglican Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at New Wes Valley Town Hall, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
A delivery timed for a meal at Olde Shoppe Restaurant needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
