Same Day Delivery
A flower order for North Hatley can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Auberge La Chocolatiere, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Auberge Le Coeur D'Or, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Manoir Hovey before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Auberge La Chocolatiere has a listed address of Chemin de la Rivière 312; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to École primaire de North Hatley, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Unitarian Universalist Church Of North Hatley, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at St. Barnabas Anglican Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Église Ste-Élizabeth, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Canton de Hatley, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Le hatley - Manoir hovey, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
