Send your flower order for Okotoks online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Big Rock Memorial Wall in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as River of Memories Wall are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Cimarron Park should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you cannot visit a guest at Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. When addressing flowers to a guest at Royal Duke Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check that Lakeview Inns & Suites can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Southbank Road 100 is the listed address of Best Western Plus Okotoks Inn & Suites; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Westmount School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Okotoks United Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St. Peter's Anglican Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Town of Okotoks, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the recipient’s address is in Cimarron Vista, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Denny's needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
