Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Otterburn Park. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Otterburn Park Second World War Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Sending flowers to someone at École Notre-Dame? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Paroisse catholique Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Église Communautaire Mountainview, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Services techniques (Urbanisme et travaux publics) Otterburn Park, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Ozias pizza needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
