Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Prince Rupert online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Kazu Maru Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Lloyd Ernest Bud Pierce are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Use the hospital’s full address for Prince Rupert Regional Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The listed address for Prince Rupert Regional Hospital is Summit Avenue 1305; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check that Black Rooster Guesthouse can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Crest Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. A flower order for someone staying at Inn on the Harbour should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When arranging flowers for Black Rooster Guesthouse, note its listed address, 6th Avenue West 501; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Charles Hays Secondary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Conrad Elementary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Lax Kxeen Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Annunciation Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Cornerstone Mennonite Brethren, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at First United Church of Prince Rupert, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Service Canada accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking.
Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
