Sending Flowers to Schools in Rouyn-Noranda

A delivery for École La Source is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at École Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Cœur de Cléricy, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at École Sacré-Cœur? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Rouyn-Noranda

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

When addressing flowers to a guest at Best Western Plus Hotel Albert, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.

What should I check before sending flowers to a hospital?

If you are sending flowers to someone at Centre Hospitalier de Rouyn-Noranda, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For flowers addressed to someone at Bureau municipal du secteur Mont-Brun, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.

How should I include the locality in the address?

If the recipient’s address is in Noranda Nord, keep that locality in the full delivery address.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

A delivery timed for a meal at Allô! Mon Coco needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
