Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Vermilion can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
If the recipient is staying at Days Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to Pomeroy Inn & Suites? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The location listed for Days Inn is 51 Street 4807; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to J.R. Robson High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at St. Jerome's School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Vermilion Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Pentecostal Assembly, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Provincial Building, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Boston Pizza, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
