Flower Delivery in Whitewood — FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Whitewood

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

If you cannot visit a guest at Whitewood Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Archie's Place, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
