A florist in Winkler handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Quality Inn & Suites Winkler, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. If the recipient is staying at Days Inn, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For an order addressed to Quality Inn & Suites Winkler, the listed location is Main Street North 851; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Emerado Park, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for JR School Grounds is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Parkland Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at EMMC are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Maranatha Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Winkler Mennonite Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Mr. Mike's, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
