Frequently Asked Questions — Flower Delivery in Yorkton

What happens if a flower is unavailable?

If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.

Where should I send flowers for someone who is travelling?

For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

What details are needed for a hotel delivery?

Check with Comfort Inn & Suites before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.

What should I check before sending flowers to a workplace?

For a recipient at Canada Food Inspection Agency, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.

What should I check before sending funeral or remembrance flowers?

If flowers are going to Yorkton City Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.

Can I arrange flowers for a restaurant celebration?

If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Mr Mikes, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.

What else can I send besides flowers?

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
