Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Puerto Octay. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The online payment is made in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Población 21 de Mayo should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Haase, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Lodge Las Cascadas, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel y Cabañas El Centinela, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address for Hotel Haase is given as Pedro Montt 344; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Laguna Bonita, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Particular Emmanuel? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Particular Rio Blanco-Coihueco, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Capilla, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Capilla San José, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Gruta de Lourdes, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Registro Civil Puerto Octay, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Población Bernardo O'Higgins, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Blockhouse, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Hospital de Puerto Octay, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For delivery details relating to Hospital de Puerto Octay, its listed address is Muñoz Gamero; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
