You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Santa Filomena - El Llano. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Memorial a Edwar Soto are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Aurola Velasco, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Julio Tejedor Zuñiga? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escuela Santa Filomena is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Capilla Las Cabras, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Santuario Santa Filomena are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Hotel termas de Jahuel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a table booked at Comida Rápida, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
