Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Villa Las Hojas. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as León are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Robot is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Where the delivery address includes El Convento, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Check that Hotel Santa Cecilia can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at no me olvides, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
A delivery for Liceo Politécnico Tomás Marín de Poveda is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Antilén? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Liceo Luis Urbina Flores, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Basílica Santa Ana de Rengo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel Olimpo, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a recipient at Asociación Chilena de Seguridad, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Brigada de Investigación Criminal Rengo, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Floreciente, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
