Arrange a flower delivery in Beihai online, even when you are ordering from another country. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Place a same-day order for Beihai by the local cutoff of 14:00. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Dijiao.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Beihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. If you are sending flowers to someone at Hepu Chinese Medicine Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
For a delivery to a teacher at Beihai No. 3 Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Beihai Overseas Chinese Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Hepu Xian 5th Mid School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
If the service takes place at Dawang Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Shennong Temple of the Queen of Heaven, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Wudi Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Sheraton Beihai Resort should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending to Beihai People's Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
For flowers addressed to someone at Beihai Municipal People's Government, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
Address details for Dongjie should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
If you are sending to a guest of Vienna Hotels, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Check with Red Forest Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
