Send flowers to someone in Chengde without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Anzhou.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Chang Cheng Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that Home Inn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For flowers addressed to a guest at Chengde Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For an order addressed to Chang Cheng Hotel, the listed location is 普乐路 18; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Chengde Experimental Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Pailou Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Qiaodong Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Anyuan Temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Pule Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Puning Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at Chengde County Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
Before sending to a workplace such as Chaoyangwan Town Government, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When the destination is in Gangcheng, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Zhigang chicken hot pot needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Check with the ward at Chengde Medical University Affiliated Hospital (South Branch) before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
